Pallet Changer Air Clamping Option
This is an additional option for use with the automatic clamping jig that uses air.
Clamping is enabled by supplying air from the clamping device inside the ROBODRILL and the APC pallet positioning pins.
A and B pallets will each be provided with air clamp specifications. An air supply mechanism will be added to both the APC main unit and the clamp unit side.
Jigs and the switch for operating the jigs are not included.

Air supply

Step 1
When the pallet is locked inside the APC, a single line of air is continuously supplied from the bottom of the pallet.

Step 2
Once the setup button is pressed and the pallet exchange cycle begins, the air supply is stopped, and the pallet is transported into the ROBODRILL machine.

Step 3
After the pallet is clamped inside the ROBODRILL machine, air is once again supplied from its underside.
