This page provides an overview of the mechanical index table "Touchdex," including installation procedures and usage instructions.

The TOUCHDEX FD-105 is a palm-sized, ultra-thin, lightweight, compact mechanical indexing device. Multiple units can be mounted on a machining center to process small workpieces. Minimum indexing angle: 15 degrees, maximum indexing angle with one push: 45 degrees.

There are two types: one with a base and one without.

The Mini TOUCHDEX FD-107 is a compact, lightweight mechanical index table. It can be mounted on multiple small machining centers, etc., to enable machining of small workpieces. The minimum indexing angle is 15 degrees, and the maximum one-push indexing angle is 45 degrees.

The TOUCHDEX FD/FDM type is a mechanical, compact index table with a table size of 8” (ø210 mm) or less. The maximum indexing angle per push is 45 degrees, and the minimum is 5 degrees. The FD type is for vertical mounting only, and the FDM type is for both vertical and horizontal mounting.

The TOUCHDEX FD/FDM type is a mechanical index table with a table size of 9.2” (Φ230 mm or more). Minimum indexing angle: 1 to 5 degrees, maximum one-push indexing angle: 45 degrees. The FD type is for vertical mounting only, and the FDM type is for both vertical and horizontal mounting.

The TOUCHDEX FDR type is a mechanical index table with a table diameter of 6.8“ to 13.6” (ø170 to 340 mm), a minimum indexing angle of 1 to 15 degrees, and indexing in both directions. The repeatability is ±3 seconds.

The TOUCHDEX FDK-450 is a large-size index table with a table size of 18” (ø450 mm) and a center hole diameter of ø120 mm. Minimum indexing angle of 5 degrees. Equipped with a rotation holding function as standard.

The TOUCHDEX FDMK type is a precision index table with a table size of 6.8“ to 13.6” (ø170 to ø340 mm) and a center hole diameter of ø37 to ø100. Minimum indexing angle 1 to 5 degrees, maximum indexing angle 90 degrees, and a rotating holding function are standard-equipped.
The FDM type is equipped with a holding function as standard.

The TL type tilting unit integrates two indexes and enables the table tilt and table rotation necessary for 5-sided machining on vertical machining centers. Table sizes from 4“ to 9” (ø105 to ø230 mm) are available.

・ The table tilt and table rotation are automatically performed by the push bar of the TOUCHDEX.
・ The footprint is extremely compact.

The Visedex FDV type is a unit for machining centers that enable to combine a machining vice and index. It enables 3-sided machining with a single installation, and achieves highly efficient machining of small workpieces.

· By attaching the end support and base, 3-sided machining of multiple workpieces can be achieved at once.
· 3-sided machining can be done at once with a single installation, making it economical.
· Due to the rotary indexing, chips are easily removed.
· The FDV-164 comes standard with soft jaws, and during machining, the soft jaws are self-cut to grip the workpiece, ensuring high precision.
· Manual unit comes standard.
