Automatic pallet change using M code
Insert M65 into the NC program. After setting up the workpiece, press the setup button and the machine will automatically change pallets when M65 is read. In addition, if you use the single-sided pallet mode, you can set different machining for each pallet and proceed with machining on only one side at a time.
Measures against chips
The three measures of air blow, coolant flush, and a workpiece holding detection switch for the pallet seating area minimize the possibility of production interruption due to chips.

A cable track is useful for housing the wiring and piping of various jigs placed on a pallet.
AIR CLAMPING OPTION
This is an additional option for use with the automatic clamping jig that uses air.
Clamping is enabled by supplying air from the clamping device inside the ROBODRILL and the APC pallet positioning pins.
