The NST series is a 3 jaw scroll chuck with a chuck size of 4“ to 24” (112mm to 610mm) and a standard flange type. The cast iron body is suitable for general cutting.

3/4/6 Jaws scroll chuck low profile light weight type TM series is a lightweight, thin chuck with a chuck size of 12“ to 39” (φ300 to φ1000). It can be attached to angle plates (equerre), machining center tables, and 5-axis machining center tables.
・Cast iron body
・Chuck size 12“ to 39” (ø300 to ø1000)
・Cover on the upper surface of chuck to prevent chips from entering.
・Lightweight, low-profile design has minimal impact on the maximum load capacity and height of the machine.

3 Jaws scroll chuck heavy duty type 31/32 series is a chuck suitable for medium to heavy cutting with a chuck size of 18“ to 36” (φ457 to φ915). It is highly accurate and well balanced, and also excels in tightening efficiency.
・Steel body (code number 32~: for medium cutting, 31~: for heavy cutting)

・ The body is made of forged steel and is strong, and the jaw material is SCM415, which is hardened and polished
・ The inside of the body has a special design that ensures accuracy, balance, etc., and it is also suitable for heavy-duty cutting due to its high clamping efficiency.
・The jaws are a two-piece type, and the key step system makes it easy to move the jaws a long way.
・The jaws have been lengthened to prevent the entry of chips, etc., and they can be oiled.

The SRK/SRV series are large 3 jaw/6 jaw scroll chucks with chip protection covers suitable for use on vertical lathes with chuck sizes of 21“ to 71” (φ535 to φ1800).
・Steel body up to Ø710, cast iron body for Ø800 and above.
・Chuck size 21“ to 71” (Ø535 to Ø1800).
・Equipped with a chip protection cover suitable for use on vertical lathes.
・Split jaw type (hard jaws only included, soft jaws not included).

The PH series is a 5 jaw scroll chuck with a chuck inner diameter (ø175 to ø420). Because it grips with 5 jaws, there is little deformation of the workpiece, and because the hole diameter is large, it is a chuck suitable for general cutting of pipes and other materials.

The SC series is a 3 jaw scroll chuck with hard solid jaws suitable for general cutting with chuck sizes from 3“ to 12” (ø87 to ø310). As it has hard solid jaws, it cannot be used with soft jaws.

The TC-4 series is a 4 jaw scroll chuck for both soft and hard jaws with a chuck size of 4“ to 18” (Ø110 to Ø460). It is suitable for holding square workpieces and cylindrical workpieces.

The TC-6 series is a 6 jaw scroll chuck with a chuck size of 9“ to 12” (ø233 to ø310) and a soft jaw and hard jaw. It can hold workpieces with minimal distortion.

The TA series is a 3-jaw scroll chuck with a chuck size of 6“ to 18” (ø165 to ø460) and a soft/hard jaw combination. The jaws are a 2-piece type that can be used for soft and hard jaws.
