Chuck

The CVH series is a large power chuck with 3 or 6 jaws, with a chuck size of 28“ to 100” (ø700 to ø2500). The jaw stroke is 30mm. The chuck top has a cover to prevent chips from entering, making it suitable for use on vertical lathes.

The CV series is a 3 jaw power chuck with a chuck size of 21“ to 24” (ø530 to ø610). It has a long jaw stroke and is designed for ease of use, making it suitable for large workpieces.

The CVA series is a power chuck with a 4 jaw chuck size of 32“ to 80” (ø800 to ø2000) and an adjustment mechanism. Because it uses hydraulic pressure to grip, there is no variation in gripping force.

・Each jaw can be moved independently, allowing powerful clamping of irregularly-shaped objects
・Independent jaw stroke (one side): 45mm

The 4HA series is a 4 jaw hydraulic chuck with a chuck size of 18.4“ to 80” (ø460 to ø2000). It can clamp irregularly shaped objects such as round, square and oval shapes with its different gripping strokes.

The FLC/FCH series is a 6 jaw floating chuck with a chuck size of 24“ to 64” (ø600 to ø1600). It has a built-in floating function that enables 6-point clamping of materials with low roundness.

The NHR series is a large-diameter through-hole hydraulic chuck with a chuck size of 24.4“ to 32.4” (ø610 to ø810). It has a large through-hole of ø230 to ø277, enabling stable workpiece holding for cutting.

The CVB series is a large power chuck with a boring mill jaw that comes in chuck sizes of 40“ to 80” (1000mm to 2000mm in diameter). The boring mill jaw stroke diameter is 30mm. It comes with a cover to prevent chips from entering, making it suitable for use on vertical lathes.
